All returned goods require an approved Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form and a copy of the original invoice. (Note: RGA forms can be found here RGA Forms)
Unless we have erred in filling your order, all returns must be shipped prepaid. Non-stock merchandise will not be accepted for return and we reserve the right to determine if the purchaser has abused the goods in question.
Orders returned due to customer error must be shipped prepaid and are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
All goods must be new and in original packaging.
